My first recipe book, B.I.Y. Bake It Yourself, was published by Quadrille in August 2015 and is available to buy here. It features over 80 original recipes – sweet and savoury. The book introduces you to every aspect of baking – bread, cakes, pies, pastry – and the recipes in each chapter are graded in levels 1, 2 or 3 depending on your confidence and ability.
It has averaged 5-star ratings on Amazon (see here) and it’s great to hear from people who have tried baking for the first time after getting the book.
